They're bigger than I thought. They're definitely funny. I don't know why they didn't include instructions - I don't think I should complain about that. It's just another piece of paper that I'll end up losing or throwing away. See the Revain page for instructions. The instructions say there will be a water line but I checked both of mine and there is no water line. I just used a neckline which could be a bit deeper but I think it's better to have too little than too much. I also needed instructions so I knew how long to heat. It would be a great improvement on this product if the waterline was printed and if the time was also printed so it was easy to remember how long to heat it. In general it worked fine. I'm not sure if it worked any better than a cup of vinegar and water, but it definitely makes me smile more.
