I've been using these boxes since they first became available. I have a subscription. I have a cat so a box usually lasts at least a month. I noticed a change in this batch. The box is darker in color and doesn't look like it. When I poured sand in, the sides swelled. In addition, the walls absorb moisture from the urine, which makes the box difficult to clean. I do not send boxes back, but the quality has deteriorated significantly.
