Review on Fire eSchedule by Luke Hodes

It's easy to use, has all the features I need, and is very responsive on calls. I have had some issues with the software not synching when it should, but that does happen to any large organization. This has been an awesome addition to our scheduling department. We are able to keep track of and see who is currently scheduled to perform services at each location. It also helps us in knowing if we are meeting goals or not. The ease of use makes it very user friendly! It's also easy enough that new employees can figure out how everything works in no amount or little training needed at all!! I wish they had an app available so we didn't have as much trouble when our computers were down but other than this there are not any cons about using fire schedules online system. Great product overall great customer service too. ! Scheduling has never been easier thanks guys. !!
