I have pairing and unpairing. Cell phone switched off and on again. Headset does not match incoming calls.Examples1. Not connected 2. Says "Welcome to Smart Pairing" instead of a call prompt.3. Nothing. dead air, but then says the call will be ignored after disconnect4. Phone Number Announcement The headset is comfortable and I love the ability to use the included in-ear headphones as headphones for movies and music, but they need to be consistent and stay connected. Also, prior to purchasing I asked if this headset would announce caller ID by name and was told it will announce the name and phone number but only the number and only about 25% of calls.
