I like these headphones because I use them to listen to music at work and to answer calls with ease. The clarity of the sound is amazing. I find it better than my other headphones.

I don't like the v9 because it doesn't have a mute button, so I always have to have my phone nearby, which is a major inconvenience. It is very tight and pops out of the ear, it needs to be bent out a bit to fit comfortably.

It's not good for noisy places like plants, you can hear them but they can't hear you. Easy connection with the Japanese language but you Can switch it to English the sound quality is not bad for the price it is a good deal

Activation button dangles and rattles with head movements. The noise cancellation gives the impression that you are in a tunnel to those who are on the phone there. It's not very adjustable, so if it doesn't fit just right, it's tough. Other than that, it's great.

Finally figured out how to change the language. I think they gave you instructions. So NOT 5! Looks like a great headset. The instructions are minimal. Works with questions from the phone. I've tried several options to change the language, none of them work.

I do not recommend this headphone. The sound quality is normal, but most of the time the person I'm talking to doesn't hear me. It stays connected to my iPhone just fine, but the person I'm talking to can't hear me, even though I can hear them. It's pretty convenient. I used it for about a month but stopped using it due to sound issues.

I have purchased several V9 Bluetooth devices from different vendors. I was very happy with them. I tend to break the rotating earbud on them when putting them in my pocket, hanging them out of my bag, or just breaking them. Keep it on your ear or set it aside when not in use. I also had trouble figuring out how to switch the language to English in this case. Press and hold + volume button and answer button at the same time for 3 seconds to change language.
