Just received this hydration pack, I am training for a marathon and also sparring, this pack is perfect! Pros: It has mesh to help airflow, great when you sweat! - you can put a 2 liter hydration pack in your pack - 2 small water bottles fit in the front - if you don't want to attach water bottles this is perfect for holding goo or snacks or a cell phone - has two adjustable clips that wrap around run around your chest and prevent the backpack from slipping off your shoulders - adjustable straps - I love that they have 3 different options to buy this backpack depending on your needs which is amazing - zipper closure on the front of the shoulder strap where you can leave valuables, that's where I put the car keys. Cons: I haven't found any cons yet! As you can see, you can't go wrong with this hydrator.
