The heater was very attractive looking. The display above the heat radiating panel provided an comfortable ambient similar to customers who are the fan of a electric fireplace. The safety features built in to this heater are above average. The manual instructions were a little bit cumbersome even for a technical person. The using of words such as environment temperature as a reference discussion was confusing while the figures were on a different pages made it hard for readers to go back and forth. Suggest to have a quick reference card with this heater. The display on top of this heater although the attempt was a graphic display of button. However , a label should be added below each button for ease of users. I really like to automatic temperature mode control. However, the heater seems to switch the high heat control for >6F and lower heater control for <5F meaning you are running 1500W for higher mode and 1000W for low heat when you are within the lower heat control. For user who use a 15A circuit for multiple loads beside this heater may end up to trip their breaker on this auto control mode. Otherwise you can set for low mode Temp or manually control it. I think this is a buy recommendation on this start up review on day 1.Generally, I prefer setting for portable heater on low mode heating.
