This item did not fit my Honda Accord. The screws are too long, got into the hood, I had to cut off about half the thread. The top is too flimsy and missing a second screw to hold the two pieces together. I had to drill a hole and attach the two sliders with a second screw. My Accord battery was also too narrow to be securely gripped by the top, I had to cut a piece off one of the pieces (the end with the screw hole) to be able to push the tops even closer together. The hooks are not cut so they easily slide out of the holes in the battery compartment even when tightened. I had to carve the Vs into the hooks with an angle grinder to hold them securely in their respective holes. Don't buy this.
