They work exactly as advertised. The magnets are very strong and will last all day in casual wear. I have no problems with it and the collar stays exactly as it is supposed to be. With them he does not allow a sagging collar. The collar stays straight and the different sizes are perfect for different shirts. I love that it comes in a tote bag. They have magnets that are stored with a round recess so they are perfect for when you are storing them or traveling with them. I was surprised they used magnets of this quality with this set. They definitely didn't skimp on the quality. And avoiding a TSA check because of the metal is great. Overall I am happy with my purchase and end up using them more than my other cheap steel collars.
