My first impression: This blanket is very soft and so beautiful! I would love to put this on my sofa as a throw if my little ones will allow it. But for now this will be a cozy blanket on the couch and I think it's perfect for that! It's not huge, it's on the smaller side of the throw which is good for relaxing. I haven't washed it yet so I can't confirm its durability but I'll let you know as soon as I do. Edit: I've had the duvet for five months and have washed it many times. I did notice that the little rose patterns are a bit jumbled in the sense that I don't see them that often (2nd picture shows this) but other than that the quality and feel of the quilt is exactly the same! I would order it again and again and then as a gift for someone else. I love it!
