It's been a while since I bought this as I was hoping to be more impressed. From day one I had to improvise. The thread on the shower head is standard and fits my outlet perfectly, but the collet nut is the wrong size and never fits. So I had to over tighten the shower head for it to even go up and down. But it's getting better. When I tightened it it was upside down and there was no way to fix it. The "nut" that is supposed to make this easier is plastic, so even if it did fit, it would likely break off quickly. I'll admit that once installed, the pressure wasn't a major issue. I took out the throttle plate as some others have mentioned. After a while the head kept unscrewing so I decided it wasn't worth my time and went with another shower head. I would probably stay away from that.
