I wish there were more reviews in the test except that it is easy to clean and use and easily mixed in with the useless. I've been using this for a few weeks, so this isn't a review on how nicely it was packaged or not, or any other unnecessary comments unrelated to the press itself. For the optics I give 3-4 ⭐️, but that doesn't make the coffee any better. This thing does NOT insulate my coffee so it's either a yeti glass or a quick cup! The loose fitting lid with twist open/close lid is a joke. My coffee flows out of both sides of the spout even when the spout is open! The loose lid rattles and makes noise when washing and using, which is not good in the early morning when the children are still asleep. The double filter is not surrounded by a small central hole that prevents the wire filter from opening. It also allows small tiny bits of my freshly ground coffee to sneak in, leaving a smoky residue when I wash my glass/cups. My other abs didn't do this with ONE filter, let alone two! I grind my beans the same amount and texture every day, so I'm not the problem. I REALLY miss the glass/plastic but snug fitting presses I replaced these with. (I broke the glass part) it worked better and at a lower price! BONUS! I hope this gets you thinking. But if not, they offer a refund. Now if you'll excuse me while I box this up for return and order another inexpensive glass and plastic press. for those avoiding heated plastic. It is a hard plastic and does not adversely affect your body system. I would call the best press, but I don't want this rating to be construed as sending people to another. To me. I'm spending $14 on a not so fancy one that has served me well for over 3 years. Once in a while. You don't get what you pay for. unfortunately
