So disappointed. in cases

There is no screen protector included and my hard case won't connect properly either. It refuses to connect to the charging port. I believe the rubber was cut incorrectly. I tried to fake it and it won't work. On the outside handle, the rubber doesn't even connect securely to the plastic twist knob. Very disappointed.
