Review on A. Byer Juniors Tropical Cambridge Trouser Pant - Stylish & Comfortable by Chuck Derrick

I ordered two different sizes of these pants, the 9 and the 11, because I wasn't sure which would fit best. The size 9 pants came in the mail first. I tried them on, and they were way too big in the waist and upper thigh. Then the size 11 pants came. I tried them on, and they fit perfect. Not really sure how that works. The 9's were bigger than the 11's. Is this reverse sizing? My suggestion is, if you can, buy two different sizes, see which one fits best, and ship the other one back.
