These are literally the only in-ear headphones that stay in my ears. If you're unlucky with the others, try these. They are also of very good quality. You get a decent amount of sound, but you can still hear a little of your surroundings, making them great training buddies. I also like the Kevlar cable. They tangle a bit, not as bad as elastic cords. They are much easier to untangle. Please note that earplugs are available in different sizes. So if they hurt your ear, obviously you need a smaller size. I've had a few pairs since they first came out. I will say that they are very durable. Most of the bud I buy lasts less than six months, even the most expensive ones I buy. The fact that I did it a few years before the replacement caught my eye.
