If you like running with headphones, I definitely recommend these yurbuds. Compared to the earbuds that come with the iPhone, they fit my ear very well and I rarely have to adjust them while running. At first they were a little uncomfortable in the ear, but after reading the instructions, they easily figured out the "lock" mechanism. So far they have been very durable and I like the fabric that covers the cord. They also resist sweat well. The sound quality is good, especially when running.

I did not receive my Yurbuds Inspire Duro as described on the Yurbuds website. I have a cheaper alternative. The Inspire Duro by Yurbuds has a braided cord that is tangle-free and tear-resistant. They also come with two sets of amplifiers for your ears. The ones I received had the typical rubberized cable cover and came with just one set of amps. These are literally the only in-ear headphones that stay in my ears. If you're unlucky with the others, try these. They are also of very good quality. You get a decent amount of sound, but you can still hear a little of your surroundings, making them great training buddies. I also like the Kevlar cable. Although the sound quality isn't as good as the more expensive brands, they are as good as any headphones I've tried. More importantly (to me), they stay in your ears no matter what you do. My workout is mostly cardio and these headphones fit me perfectly. I run and row in the gym and outdoors and am very happy with the fit and sound quality.
