My workout is mostly cardio and these headphones fit me perfectly. I run and row in the gym and outdoors and am very happy with the fit and sound quality. Fit: The standard Apple headphones almost fit me, but they fall out randomly. This pair fits me perfectly, even slight jerks for a chord are not a problem. For example, I dropped my phone twice while running and both times the headphones stayed in place, but the phone and chord disconnected to let go of the phone. Sound Quality: For sports headphones, I'm pretty happy with what I'm getting. The categories are better than the other pair of sports I have. I would quietly put the quality on par with Apple headphones. I saw some very helpful reviews with 3 main problems, let me solve them. Ambient Noise: Yes, these headphones don't filter out outside noise very much, which I really like because it makes them safer when running outdoors, and actually makes me feel better in this fairly quiet gym that I frequent. I don't like losing contact with the outside world. Cord Tangle: I actually find this material to be pretty easy to untangle. This is much better than solid rubber. With this, you simply hold the middle keychain, shake it a little, and most of the untangling is done! The rubber on the ear cups gets a bit rough, but you can clean them sufficiently with a wet finger. for my taste. And indeed, after a good workout, it won't be the worst for you :)
