I had an issue with HDMI that didn't seem to work from day one, but I didn't notice it for months because I was using a USB-C connection and by then it was past the return period. I contacted Revane but it was a waste of time. I then called support directly through the Lepow website. After sending them pictures of the problem and a few emails back and forth, a new unit was sent to me within a week. I would say the service was great and they got back to me fairly quickly with every response I emailed. I am very satisfied with the device and often use it during the week. USB C works very well and does not require additional power supply. The HDMI port makes it very convenient to connect many things including the Raspberry PI.
