I love that it works well with our internal tools, so we can do live data analysis as issues arise instead of having to wait for them when they come in through ePO or email notifications (or both). Would like more flexibility at this time - some features are not currently supported by our version such as Syslog support directly from console logs via sysmon's filter capabilities without needing external software. We're solving problems related tot he availability & performanceof applications. It has allowed us t use predictive modeling using past trends within apps which helps provide early alerts before customers experience downtime due to high impact events outside their control. This allows better resolution if there isn't enough info available during a problem event where traditional alerting doesn'r work effectively.
