I'm 225 pounds 5 feet 9 inches and I'm a powerlifter. I wear an oversized t-shirt and usually my shorts fit tight around my arms, chest and upper back while the rest of my torso is looser. I ordered a large one first, and after washing it, it fit like a medium. So sent it back, ordered a size larger and washed it immediately upon receipt. Now a short fit as I expect. I like the graphics and the feel of the tank. Great cut to show off your traps.
