The mirror is there, no problems
My side mirror is undamaged. My mirror just broke. So I just ordered this replacement mirror, not the entire mirror and backing. I received the mirror tape for this mirror and read all the reviews before installing it. I read a review where someone could just put it in its place. So I tried, lined it up and applied even pressure and it snapped right into place. I installed it over a month ago and it hasn't moved.
