, I received this on December 21, 2019. I ordered it on 12/10/19 and was supposed to receive it on 12/12/19 but Amazon managed to lose my order and said it had been delivered. Anyway I installed it on 12/21/19 at 6pm, it worked great. 12/22/19 still works. On 12/23/19 at 10:26 am it exploded and just started smoking. Very frustrated with the whole process. In general, I will not buy the same model. UPDATE: I tried contacting CORSAIR's claims department. They are not very clear and detailed. Like they don't want to help you. Your power adapter broke my computer and it took you a long time to reply me. I have to keep complaining just to be heard which is ridiculous. They couldn't help me because the original power supply burned out and I asked for a new one thinking it was just defective but when I got the new one nothing worked. Corsair, even if you are in the Bay Area, California, I will never recommend or buy your stuff again. I've bought things before, but not like this. I don't respect your customer service. I feel there is no integrity. I took a big L, but I'll be back. I've had a hard time with Amazon's customer service and also with Corsair's customer service. I never want to deal with that again.
