Worked well for our purposes!

The skirt and hat were all my daughter wore from the set for her school’s Texas State Fair Parade. They were cute, comfortable, and worked well. The skirt was size appropriate. The blouse was tiny and very short waisted — like a size 6 on my daughter who is a size 10. The stars are sewn into the vest, ie, not removable.

The skirt and vest fit fine, the shirt however was long in the sleeves, but way to short, every time my daughter lifted her arms the shirt rode up almost all the way to her chest. Not cool.
