Won’t stay on the same place

We bought this bell for a 14” Guardian bike. The bell can’t be attached so it stays in place.Also, the bell can only be attached on the right side. Should be on the left, when gear will be on the right side.

Pros

I liked how it matched the bike. The sound was loud and clear.

Cons

The quality of the sound is too harsh and unpleasant

Not for an adult bike, far too small for the handlebar. Update: was not hard to use a longer screw so the bell now works nicely. More important is how fun it is! I got it to warn pedestrians but find I use it to just say hello as I ride past people. Everyone grins. I love it.
