No, it didn't suit me, not even 1 shade.
Husband After reading the reviews I thought WOW! AFTER use, ah, nothing. Easy to use, you bet. whiter teeth? no not 1 shade after almost 2 weeks of use you would think I would see blue whiting. Save your money, this product is not the golden or white goose it claims to be - I can say I have had no sensitivity in my teeth.
