This platform has been able to grow so fast because of their focus on customer service, support, reliability and speed when responding to issues! The ability for us as an entrepreneur to quickly get feedback from our customers is what makes this system great - we can't even count how many times someone asks me "What am I doing wrong?" or they tell me that something isn’t working correctly (which it usually turns out wasn't). They also have amazing training resources which help you learn not only about your product but other areas such as marketing, social media etc. We are seeing some very quick ROI since building up our presence across platforms like Facebook Live and Instagram stories. It's still early days and there are definitely things we could do better too, however at least now my boss knows exactly where all his employees' time goes :) Definitely use them if anyone needs any advice.
