Review on 🚗 RoWood Wooden Vehicle Building Puzzle by James Cash

What I didn't like is that when I contacted customer service I wrote a detailed description of the problem I had, finally when you contact the company that makes the product , think they will be able to understand what you tell them. NOT! They came back and told me they wanted a photo or video showing what I was talking about. Okay, they make a kit and publish an assembly booklet. They think if you write a detailed explanation with links to pictures and page numbers showing the question, they don't need pictures or videos. Okay I proceeded to complete the kit as shown in the picture. The problem was that where a few pieces didn't fit exactly, I couldn't move on to the next step, so I made the decision to GLUED them in place. I have assembled several other kits from this manufacturer and this kit had too many loose parts and had to CA glue them on to continue assembly. So my advice to anyone interested is to be prepared to use glue to hold your project together.
