Many disappointments. The first order from Revain was missing a part and the blades were the wrong color. It's a good thing we opened this package before hiring an electrician to install it, otherwise it would be a costly waste of time. The second replacement fan arrived with everything in order, it was installed by an electrician. We chose matte white, I wanted it to blend with the ceiling, it's not the focal point of the room but could be with its simple and elegant design. The fan is very quiet and has the same airflow at low frequencies as our old outdated ceiling fan does at high frequencies. Now, exactly a month after installation, the light has changed. Let's start with the fact that the light is not very bright, and the lighting itself is directed very downwards and does not spread around the room. Now the light will dim on its own (we've never adjusted or dimmed it) and following the dim and increase instructions the light will change but not to full brightness. Hope customer service can help, otherwise it will become a useless product, it is our only ceiling light, so it is very important that it works!
