I've been using these suction cup navigation lights all summer on my Lund that doesn't have a battery or electric start. Batteries survived the summer without being replaced. The suction cup holds great on my outboard, the only time it has fallen off it was actually unscrewed from the suction cup, but they float and are removed and washed with fresh water. This flashlight still works as always. My only complaint is that the light wobbles when mounted on outboards as it's bolted to a rubber suction cup which isn't stiff, but other than that it does its job well.
