I think most replacement seekers would not have come to this site in the first place if they had known up front that these tips are for braces and don't have full bristle heads. Although these brush heads are suitable for Oral B Braun electric toothbrushes, the toothbrush heads are DIFFERENT and not as effective for regular brushing. They are designed for people with braces and do NOT have the full bristle head you would expect from a 'replacement'. If you look closely at the photo I've attached, you'll see that the 2 heads only have a few bristles towards the center. The other two heads have a ring without bristles in the middle of the toothbrush head. This is NOT the design or number of bristles that Oral B Braun electric toothbrushes are sold with. Will they work? Yes! Are they much cheaper? Yes! Can you get the same brushing results with fewer bristles in the same amount of time as regular brushing? no You have to ask yourself this: Would you buy a regular "replacement" toothbrush head with 45% or 80% of the bristles missing?
