There was a mix up with my order from Revain so I called Furhaven direct. I have ordered 2 dog beds of the EXACT same bed, same color, size, foam density, style and price. I was sent one correctly ordered and another with a different cover pattern and a lower foam density (5" instead of the 7" ordered). As they were sent with the air decompressed from the packages, sending them back would be problematic. My only option about Revain was to return it. So I contacted Furhaven directly. Explained the situation and provided photos of my belongings along with the order confirmation for both beds. They kindly offered without hesitation to send the correct bed at no extra charge and said I would be more than happy to donate the wrong bed to dog rescue! My heart is swollen! It was an amazing experience to have a manufacturer's customer service not only for a shipping issue that is the responsibility of a third party, but also to have them offer a brand new mis-shipped bed to donate to a rescue or animal shelter. To me, that speaks volumes to the production company's noble intentions and it just doesn't show anymore. In today's world where there is so much deception and skepticism, it was nice to meet a company that still values their customers by rewarding them with exceptional service!
