Media could not be loaded. Update: Weldpro sent a replacement unit, I broke my arm in multiple places about a week before the replacement was delivered so I haven't even opened it up yet. Their customer service definitely deserves a 5-star rating, but you cannot go directly to Revain to access customer service. Contact them through their website if you have any problems. I'm getting my cast in mid-July while I'm about to unpack my spare welder. Original: I bought this welder about a month ago because of the great reviews about it. It crackled and smoked for my 4th or 5th use. I turned it on and while getting ready to work there was a loud electrical popping sound, I didn't realize it was coming from the welder for a few seconds until it started smoking. I look forward to seeing what WeldPro will do and I really like the welder apart from a few minor cosmetic issues. when they replace. I will come back to change my rating when I get a good working machine.
