We originally bought the TS1 to use when we were in the Galapagos. I was completely sold to the camera. The battery would last all day, even with a lot of video. It charges quickly so you can use it over and over again. Now we are preparing to go to the Great Barrier Reef and lose TS1 while we were at home. I was heartbroken until I decided life was too short to "stand in front of another camera". Sure, around $300 isn't much, but it definitely got me thinking. Can't wait to snorkel to the GBR and New Caldonia reef. The TS2 seals look more reliable and two underwater settings would be handy. Some shots on the Galapagos Islands were a bit somber. I love the small size, fits in my fanny pack without weighing it down. My husband got one because he was tired of waiting his turn. We are very happy with this camera.
