being given three stars just so I can write a quick review: I really lost fire and anticipation when this thing, right out of the box, didn't work. The company has a download that lets you plug the device into a computer to see if the hardware works and the wheel works amazingly (!); The problem is that the pedal set didn't work at all - and it was still boxed and shipped :( So it took three weeks back and forth just to get approval from the tech that the pedal set really doesn't work. You need all sorts Evidence that it's yours and that it's the exact version you claim: photos, copies and video of the unit plugged into your computer and tested, being shipped to Canada and I haven't heard of any status of repair or of the exchange Three stars based on friends' experience with working wheelsets - they love it - and my disappointing experience, I don't like it
