Of course, you can adapt, but pressure on the leg from the end turns the earpiece out of the ear. In Samsung's bads, the control is built on pressing the earpiece into the ear, and even if the earpiece does not sit tightly in the ear, the finger actually holds it against the auricle during control. Sound transmission works fine, it helps out in shops and transport.
