ONLY 2/3 of the FILTERS that were originally supplied with the device must be clarified. Activated carbon filter not included. We live in Paradise, California, the air quality has fluctuated between 250 and 460 for the last week and the carbon filter (not included) is the one removing the VOCs which is critical in fire areas. Very annoyed. about that. I've been fairly happy with my Bissell 220 in the past, I like the Bissell in general although I've been asked a couple of times if it's worth a case - the design could have been a lot more aesthetic to match other furniture. It is also not clear where exactly the air enters and exits. HOWEVER this wasn't a big problem initially and I sent Bissell a Q/A message. To date I have received my package with only 2/3 of what I need and have had to purchase separate bags to replace the filters especially given the severity of the fires. throughout the western United States - that's tantamount to price gouging, and I'll only switch to Dyson in the future as a matter of principle. The amount of waste in the packaging just so they can make some extra cash by sorting out the necessary parts is annoying enough - plus this unit looks like someone left luggage lying around - until I'm done with the regular filter change, better buy another air purifier with financial effort.
