I like that the grip is wide. It also seems like it will hold the device with a case or cover (if the case/cover isn't too thick. My issue with this holder is that it can't hold the phone securely like a tablet. It's GREAT for a Tablet but not suitable for phones. Only 3 out of 4 contact points make contact with the phone. This makes the latch unstable. My phone kept falling out of the holder while I was adjusting the position for video recording. Great seller, but I have to return this item.
