The Sokani x60 is a high quality video light that offers high performance in a small package at an affordable price of 169.00 today. I like it a lot. Its light quality is good enough that I can recommend it for paid work without hiring large fixtures. The light is powerful for its size, helping to create and deliver amazing images with a CRI of over 96, which is more than high enough for paid work. You can choose a 1% increment, which is very dialed in. The light has an effect button that you can use for fireworks, TV and party effects. I'm a big fan of the all metal construction, unlike the Godox SL60W which was my previous flashlight which was mostly plastic. This item is overall lightweight and really easy to maneuver and carry around, which I really love when shooting a one-person group. The included carry case is a big bonus and is perfect for all your accessories. The cord and box hang on the lamp, which is inconvenient, but no more than that, tape will do. The reflector works very well to amplify more light. From what I've heard from version 1, the tilt lock now has sockets that allow you to use heavier nozzles without tilt, especially when I add a cone to the Bowens mount. There's also an umbrella attachment for more convenient distribution. Overall I highly recommend this flashlight for its high light quality, performance, portability, build and size. This light is great for paid work and more than adequate for unpaid short films and personal projects.
