Essential for Blink users when the camera is outdoors. It protects it from the scorching sun, from inclement weather and from breakage of fasteners. The only thing I would like to say is to make the installation smoother with the swivel mount. You have to align the mounting plate almost exactly how you want the camera at an angle, otherwise the angle may not work due to the ball joint configuration.
