After only two years of use, a pricey gaming keyboard shouldn't act in such a way. After contacting Logitech's technical support with a complaint over the mouse's inability to perform double scrolling, the company promptly provided me a replacement mouse that worked perfectly. After asking for a guarantee, I now have to fill out a massive amount of information, as well as locate and recall the store where I purchased it. It's all fantastic, of course, but I think I'll just go with a different brand when I replace my keyboard. We will miss our friendship with Logitech, which lasted for more than ten years.
