They protrude under the armpits, but that's normal.
The feel is good and the only place it doesn't fit me is under the armpits where it protrudes. Not sure if going from large to medium would help. I'll leave them on and put them in the dryer for a while after the first use to see if that helps. But overall I'm satisfied.
