Half gel and half dough inside - they are very static
My daughter was quick to tell me that some of these are made of dough and some are made of gel. I thought they were all the same but my daughter was so excited because she says you can even remove them from the outside and get one. They are always a hit in our house and you have to be careful not to push them too hard because they can break over time. I bought these as a gift bag for the Boy Scouts and all the boys seem to love them (and my daughter caught one). :)
