I liked the packaging and the position of the screws. The directions were ok and I managed it with little difficulty. But it's so inconvenient, it's coming right out of my house. The arms roll up but neither up nor down, meaning they're uncomfortably high for me. The chair is very narrow. So if you are a large size, you will feel both armrests of the chair pressed against your sides when you sit on it. I'm small (5'4) so you'd think I could recline just fine in my chair, but no. The seat back in the lumbar region pushes you so far forward in the seat that your hips are not fully supported by the seat. I know ergonomically it shouldn't be the end of the seat of an office chair that touches the back of your knees, but when I sit all the way down it's MUCH more than the width of your hand, the empty space between your squat and your hip starts on the seat to rest. Again, there is no way to customize this. I can't imagine a taller person being able to sit in such a long position at all. I already have a lumbar spine. Cramps and I only work 3 hours a day! An office chair you can't sit fully in, you literally have to sit on the edge all the time. Dreadful.
