It did exactly what it promised. I bought a leather desk pad that doubles as a desk protector and has a white stain on it (someone thought that painting nails and using acetone on skin was safe if careful. I was wrong). .I made a huge white spot. After 1 even application, the skin darkens a little, but not too noticeable. I only see it because you see how you use it. It adds shine and DEFINITELY covers the mark. I only needed one application. I definitely recommend it. The only drawback is the smell of plastic or something similar. It's strong, so apply with gloves.
