After reading that these award-winning shoes had a roomy toe but a regular heel width, I thought I finally found a shoe for my wide top and narrow heel. When I put them on I had to loosen the laces so much I was barely long enough to tie my laces! These shoes fit snugly around the widest part of my foot which is exactly the opposite of how they are advertised. Haven't worn them yet - trying to decide if I'll come back so don't know if they can stretch. Definitely not the roomy shoe I was hoping for!
