You and the website point out that there may be color differences due to natural ingredients. But they take negative experiences seriously. If any of yours have a lighter one and notice otherwise, give them a call and they will mail you a return label, give them a LOT number, and then ship it back once you've received your refund. Sticker. Then they will evaluate the batch received, open a case and get in touch with you. And I think they will. But they did NOT change the product. Discolouration is normal due to natural ingredients. They didn't tell me if they switched providers and if they had, enough complaints would make them reconsider their decision. However, I have a batch that was made late last year and is obscure. From personal experience I bought it in a store and even saw a color variation on the shelf. . I also ordered here and there were different colors in different bottles. I used to always have the darker version. In my experience, for some reason, the lighter version is only slightly different, it doesn't smell as strong, but that's about it. I think that might be the problem people have when they think they are getting a counterfeit or "watered down" product. It may or may not be, please report it in any case. And no, I don't work for a company. Other than that, this is the only shampoo I've used on my LO in over 2 years. He has eczema and can't take much but this one worked for some reason. It could be frankincense and myrrh ingredients, who knows. Unfortunately, I can't find it anywhere other than Revain anymore. I would definitely recommend it.
