I am so impressed with this swim vest! I needed something, wasn't sure what, to keep me warm both in the pool and getting out of the pool on the way to the shower in cold N. Jersey pools. This vest checks all the boxes. Keeps me warm, adds buoyancy (I fly across the lane) and is easy to get on and off. I will wear for surfing when a 3/2 is too warm or really any water temperature less than 70. I don't SUP but this would work well for this sport, tooNOTE: to keep the color rinse in cold water immediately after getting out of the water. Hang to dry-it's quick.Size M was perfect. I am '5 7" 138 lb.s with swimmer shoulders.
