I like that you can use this software with any computer or device without having to install anything extra onto your own system.

It's easy enough even my 4 year old daughter could figure out how to work it! There are some things about it we don't really care for but they do have an option of turning them off if desired so no big deal there either. We've been able to eliminate our need for several other products in addition to getting rid of expensive hardware costs as well since most everything is done remotely via one central location.
