DO NOT BUY in-ear headphones

I was looking for wireless headphones and narrowed my selection to these or Sennheiser models. I can't speak for Sennheiser, but these Jaybirds must be a challenge for anyone looking for wireless headphones. I've used them maybe 10 times and here's my rating - PROS - the sound quality is actually quite good. You can set it up with your phone app. CONS - Bluetooth connectivity is absolutely terrible. Keeps losing connection to your device, forcing you to stop your activities and pair again - after a very short period of use, the battery does not work in any way as advertised. I left them on for about 3 hours yesterday before they died - Speaking of yesterday, now my headphones won't even charge and just lie dead and useless - the flat cable is awful. DO NOT put this cord around your neck. As soon as you sweat, they stick to your skin, and every time you turn your head, pull the foil out on the opposite side of your head. I'm not a fan of wireless headphones but I can tell you these headphones are rubbish and you should look elsewhere. I will contact Jaybird and see if they replace my already dead headphones. EDIT** - I found Jaybirds customer service number and called them. All they asked for was a serial number and then they sent me a new pair so at least the customer service on this occasion was quick and good. AVOID THESE EARPHONES
