Terrible in-ear sound

The Jaybird X4 sounded very flat out of the box. I tried connecting to the app to adjust the audio. After lots of tweaking, trying different presets and listening to different styles of music, I couldn't get them to sound good! I thought maybe my sound was too muffled, so I turned it up. Still not sounding great and they weren't very loud at all. I have a pair of $20 wireless headphones and they sound better than these! I am sending them back and will probably try the Bose headphones.

Great product - learning curve

This review is coming a little soon - I've had the product for two days - so far I can say it's well made, easy on the ears, good to excellent sound . I'm speaking a little ahead of time with this review because there's a learning curve to getting the headphones right for my ears (many adjustments are available with accessories - you just have to go through everything to find just the right fit - and yourself then adjust the sound to suit a person as you like it - which will take time - no…

Degraded Quality Jaybird

This is my third ride in as many months. My X2s lasted 2 years and I feel the same about them. I thought my sweat got into the X2's cap and ended up destroying it. I was willing to live with a proprietary charging port if it would help the X4 last longer. My first pair started squeaking as soon as you turned them on after a few times. weeks. I returned it. The second pair just didn't turn on after a few weeks, I sent them back. I'm on the third now. All showed this strange behavior of random…

The sound quality is just as good as Bose. Long battery life.

I have been using Bose headphones for over 10 years but there are many good comparative reviews of Jaybirdsport X4 and Bose wireless headphones online. The price is a little lower than Bose, which is also what made me want to try the Jaybird X4. I'm using them to listen to Weezer right now. I love that you can customize the equalizer sound with a downloadable app. I like my music deep with lots of bass. You will definitely want to take this step because the default sound was too harsh for me…

DO NOT BUY in-ear headphones

I was looking for wireless headphones and narrowed my selection to these or Sennheiser models. I can't speak for Sennheiser, but these Jaybirds must be a challenge for anyone looking for wireless headphones. I've used them maybe 10 times and here's my rating - PROS - the sound quality is actually quite good. You can set it up with your phone app. CONS - Bluetooth connectivity is absolutely terrible. Keeps losing connection to your device, forcing you to stop your activities and pair again…

UPDATED REVIEW - Sadly Disappointing

Background: I've been using the original Jaybird BlueBuds X for about 3 years for everything from running to daily listening while commuting. Lately they've finally started to suffer from battery retention issues and I've definitely gotten my money's worth. I've been fascinated by the true wireless scene ever since and bought a pair of Jabra Active 65ts as soon as they were released. While the sound quality was great, I couldn't get it to stay in my ears even just walking around, and the…

The battery does not hold a charge after 2 months of light use.

Junk product. After a month of light use, the battery life has drastically reduced. Worked about 6 hours on a full charge up to 1-2 hours. Then after 2 months the headphones don't even turn on. I tried to return a product through the logitech website but the damn warranty page says 404 page not found, really terrible support for them as there is no direct access to the warranty page by following link by link only to try to find her. Will definitely never order them again. **UPDATE** Finally got
